The US Men's National Hockey Team was announced today and features a young roster with only three former Olympic players. The three most experienced Olympic players include Chris Drury (New York Rangers/2002, 2006), Brian Rafalski (Detroit Red Wings/2002, 2006) and Jamie Langenbrunner (New Jersey Devils/1998). The average age of the 2010 squad is 26.1, according to US Hockey.
"The Olympic hockey tournament in Vancouver will be like no other," said Dave Ogrean, executive director of USA Hockey. "We appreciate the hard work that has gone into putting this team together and know we have a terrific group of players to represent our country."
